The short version. Kwibo is a free tool that helps you make GST bills. There is no account and no sign-up. It is provided as-is. You are responsible for the accuracy of what goes on your bills and for your own GST compliance, and — since your data lives on your device — for backing it up.

1. Acceptance

By using Kwibo at kwibo.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Kwibo is

Kwibo is a free, no-login tool for creating GST-style bills and invoices as PDFs. It performs tax calculations (such as splitting CGST/SGST or applying IGST) from the inputs you provide. It is a document-generation aid — not accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice, and not a substitute for a qualified advisor or for filing your returns.

3. No account

There is no registration, login, phone number, or OTP. You use the app directly in your browser.

4. Your responsibilities

Accuracy. You are solely responsible for the details you enter — names, GSTINs, HSN/SAC codes, rates, prices, and amounts — and for the correctness of the bills you generate.
Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your bills and tax treatment comply with applicable GST law and other regulations. Kwibo does not verify your GSTIN or guarantee that a bill meets any statutory requirement.
Your data and backups. Your data is stored on your device. We do not keep a copy. If you clear your browser, lose your device, or switch browsers, that data may be gone. Save backup files regularly; recovering lost on-device data is not something we can do for you.
Lawful use. Use Kwibo only for legitimate billing, and do not use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its render backend, and do not try to bypass rate limits or security controls. We may apply rate limits and other measures to keep the service available for everyone.

6. Intellectual property

The Kwibo name, brand, design, and software are owned by us and are not open source. These terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or code beyond using the app as intended. The content you put into your bills — your business details, your clients, your products — remains yours.

7. Availability and changes

Kwibo is offered free of charge with no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and the render backend may be unavailable from time to time. Generating a bill PDF requires our render service, so while it is down you will not be able to create new bills. Your saved data stays safe on your device in the meantime.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated bills will meet every legal requirement applicable to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwibo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, tax penalties, or business losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any inaccuracies in bills you generate.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
